Moving your body can be such a gift amidst the juggle of being a new parent. I provide a clear path back to exercise, and help you recover from either a vaginal or c-section birth.
My goal with my postpartum group class is to provide a space for moms and parents to gently return to exercise in a supportive environment with other moms.
