My approach begins with core and pelvic floor rehabilitation and retraining. We continue with a full body strength program that helps you build back your strength while considering your pelvic health, fitness goals, and life demands.
My ultimate goal for you is to feel at home in your body again, and return to the activities that you enjoy as the powerful mom and parent that you are.
