Customized 1:1 Personal Training

One-on-one personal training is best for people who want individualized support building strength and overall physical fitness. We begin with a strength and mobility assessment, and I design a program that is tailored towards your goals.

The customized plan I create for you takes into consideration where you are at in your current phase of life (pregnancy, postpartum, or peri/menopause).

A well rounded strength training program includes full body exercises that work all major muscle groups two to three times per week. 

I meet with clients once or twice per week to help you establish a solid routine. You will learn or refine the basic lifting patterns, and build consistency for long term results. I provide additional programming upon request if you want to do workouts on your own. 

During our sessions I provide gentle support and form correction to challenge your body and build strength. I encourage my clients to provide feedback during the session so we can co-create an experience that you enjoy.

Tax will be applied at checkout. I offer a discount to clients who pay in full, monthly payment options are also available. Prices do not include tax.


Three Month Package (1 session per week)

Three Month Package (2 sessions per week)

Six Month Package (1 session per week)

Six Month Package (2 sessions per week)

  • 48 total sessions

Semi-Private Personal Training for up to Three People

Semi-private personal training is a good option for people who want individualized support and a customized plan to build strength and physical fitness, and have one or two people that can consistently share the sessions. 

For semi-private sessions I provide an individual strength and mobility assessment for each person, and custom plans that support your individual goals. Sharing sessions can reduce the cost per session and has the added bonus of working out with a buddy or two!

I offer semi-private sessions once or twice per week for up to three people per session depending on your goals and availability. It is helpful if you and your partners(s) are at similar fitness levels or have similar goals, but it’s not required.


Three Month Package (1 session per week)
