1:1 Personal Training

One-on-one personal training is best for people who are new and experienced lifters. You will benefit from a plan customized for your strength goals and life stage including pregnancy, postpartum, peri/menopause and beyond. 

We begin with a strength and mobility assessment and intake survey that helps me understand your strength needs and goals. From there I build a customized plan with an opportunity to reassess your progress after three months. 

During our sessions I provide gentle support and form correction to challenge your body and build strength. I encourage my clients to provide feedback during the session so we can co-create an experience that you enjoy.

I meet with clients once or twice per week to help you establish a solid routine. You will learn or refine the basic lifting patterns, and build consistency for long term results.

You can accomplish a lot by working with me just one day per week. However, a well-rounded strength training routine includes 2-3 days of strength training per week. I support clients to slowly incorporate more strength training with optional bonus programming you can do at home or in the gym as you build your skills and capacity. I also provide additional customized programming upon request for an additional fee. 

Sales tax will be applied at checkout. I offer pay in full or payment plan options (billed monthly). Both are priced the same with six month packages having the most cost savings.

Strong Foundation – 3 month PACKAGE

Best for: Getting started with strength training, learning or refining the main lifts, building endurance, and developing your foundational strength to progress to more challenging work.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • Initial strength and mobility assessment (50 mins).

  • 3 month custom strength training program.

  • 12 in-person or virtual training sessions (once per week); OR 24 sessions (twice per week).

  • Reassessment after 3 months to review progress (30 mins).

  • Access to online app with optional bonus workouts you can do at home or while traveling.

  • Newsletter with helpful tips to deepen your fitness knowledge and training application.

  • PDF guide to pelvic floor health.

Progressive Strength – 6 Month PACKAGE

Best For: Includes everything in Strong Foundations, plus time to progress your strength and muscle mass for long-term results.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • 24 in-person or virtual training sessions (once per week); OR 48 sessions (twice per week).

  • Reassessment at 3 months to review progress (30 mins).

Semi-Private Personal Training

Semi-private personal training is a good option for new and experienced lifters who want a custom strength training plan for their life stage. You feel comfortable working more independently while sharing your session with one or two other people.

We begin with a 1:1 strength and mobility assessment, plus an intake survey that helps me understand your strength needs and goals. Once I build your custom plan, we will meet again to go over the plan and make sure you feel comfortable before joining your semi-private group. 

Sharing sessions can reduce the cost per session and has the added bonus of working out with a buddy or two! I offer semi-private sessions once or twice per week for up to three people per session depending on your goals and availability. It is helpful if you and your partners(s) are at similar fitness levels and have similar goals, but it’s not required.

Semi-Private Strength and Mobility Assessment + Onboarding Session

All semi-private packages come with an individual strength and mobility assessment, and an individual onboarding session before joining your semi-private group. This allows me to spend time with you outside of the group to fully understand your posture and movement patterns, as well as walk through your program with you. The onboarding and assessment is a one time fee added to your first package. 

One time cost: $250
