Hi, I’m Kelly Smith, owner of Full Body Fitness and a perinatal and menopause fitness specialist based in Seattle, Washington.
I help women and females prioritize their health through big life changes like having a baby, recovering from birth, and managing the menopause transition.
As a mom of two, I know how hard it can be to prioritize your needs, especially when it comes to finding time for self care. Nurturing a positive relationship with your body and feeling strong takes work.
I learned early that exercise sustains my physical and mental health. But even as a runner, weight lifter, and yoga practitioner, I struggled during my transition to motherhood.
My two pregnancies were challenging and painful, and I was frustrated by the lack of helpful information and support around engaging in fitness and exercise while pregnant and postpartum. I felt this again as I entered perimenopause.
I want to offer you something better.

I offer 1:1 personal training and group classes in Seattle for people who are pregnant, postpartum and navigating perimenopause or menopause.
I use a core and pelvic floor focused approach to full body strength training and conditioning that leaves you feeling strong and capable in your body.
I can help you find joy in movement while deepening your skills and awareness to safely move through pregnancy, heal postpartum, and stay fit through menopause.
Prior to starting Full Body Fitness, I spent thirteen years in nonprofit working with vulnerable families, mostly moms and kids, and helping organizations align their work to their vision.
Now I use these skills to help my clients create behavior change and meet their fitness goals, no matter their ability.
Everyone deserves the opportunity to live to their body’s fullest potential, regardless of size, shape, race, or gender. Everyone deserves to thrive.
