  • 3-Month Customized Workout Plan: Designed specifically for your goals and life stage (pregnancy, postpartum, or perimenopause), with programming that adapts and progresses with you.

  • Comprehensive Fitness Programming: Full-body strength training and cardiovascular conditioning that prioritizes your core and pelvic floor health throughout every workout.

  • 30-Minute Initial Consultation: We'll discuss your goals, current needs, lifestyle demands, past injuries, core/pelvic floor symptoms, and any other support needs to create your custom program.

  • Monthly 1:1 Coaching Calls: 30-minute check-ins to review your progress, answer questions, develop strategies for managing symptoms, and adjust your program as needed.

  • User-Friendly App Access: Access your program via mobile or desktop to view your monthly workout plan, watch exercise demonstrations with detailed instructions, and track your progress in reps, sets, and weight progressions.

  • Ongoing Coach Support: Submit videos/photos for form checks, and get personalized support through direct messaging through the app.

  • Investment: $825 Pay-in-Full (save $75) OR, Pay Monthly: $300/month for 3 months ($900 total). Spots are limited to ensure quality coaching.
