Get strong, improve your form, stay consistent in a community of like-minded people. 

Join this eight-week series designed for pregnant, postpartum and peoeple in peri/menopause wanting to build full-body strength. Limited to 8 participants for personalized attention.

Includes:

  • Progressive full-body strengthening

  • Core and pelvic floor training

  • All experience levels welcome

  • Equipment provided: dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells (*recommended to bring your own exercise mat).
