Build consistency with weekly classes that support a gentle return to exercise postpartum. 

  • Small class sizes to ensure all participants get personal attention. 

  • Good for people who are at least four to six weeks postpartum and looking to recover from a c-section or vaginal birth.

  • Full body exercises targeted towards core and pelvic floor rehabilitation and full body strengthening.

  • Good for any experience level.

  • Equipment used: body weight, resistance bands, light weights.
