Did you fall off your exercise plan this summer?

Kids were out of school - social events and vacation plans piled  up while managing work. You had the best intentions to stick with your routine, but the lack of structure got the best of you!

You want to feel strong, but you need a little boost to start thinking about your own needs.

What’s actually holding you back from getting stronger?

Maybe you’ve tried designing your workouts at home or at the gym but you need more support. You might be new to strength training, or have experience but need help with your form.

On top of that, it can be hard to find fitness spaces for people in pregnancy, postpartum and perimenopause that actually use evidence-based practices instead of generic one-size-fits-all approaches.

all bodies are good bodies.

If you’ve ever felt like strength training just isn’t for you, you’re not alone. Walking into a gym can feel intimidating, especially when it seems like everyone already knows what they’re doing.

And let’s be real—between the confusing advice out there for women, the pressure to focus on shrinking instead of gaining strength, and all the other demands on your time, it can feel overwhelming.

The fitness and diet industries have done a huge disservice by feeding you a lifetime of messaging that prioritized weight loss over building muscle. The result is that a lot of fitness programs don’t know how to meet your needs including exercising during major life phases like pregnancy, postpartum and menopause.

You deserve more. Let’s dump this baggage and get stronger in a way that’s supportive for your body!

Now you can with…

Full Body Fitness Small Group Strength Training!

This is a 8-week small group program designed specifically for people who are pregnant, postpartum or in peri/menopause who want to build real, functional strength without the diet culture BS. We're talking strength that shows up when you're lifting suitcases, chasing kids, gardening, or just living your life with confidence and power.

Hi, I'm Kelly Smith, and I believe your body is not a problem to solve.

I'm a Seattle-based personal trainer who specializes in helping people navigate fitness during pregnancy, postpartum, and peri/menopause.  I created this program because I recognized a massive gap in fitness for people navigating these major life transition.

Where do you go when you want expert guidance on form and function, but you're tired of spaces focused on body measurements? Where do you find community without competition? How do you build strength that actually transfers to your real life and doesn’t leave you drained afterward?

Working with women like you - ready to prioritize your strength without sacrificing your sanity—is exactly why I do this work. Because when women feel truly strong and supported, they do amazing things.

Here’s what you’ll experience…

  • Small group coaching (max 10) for personal attention.

  • Feel confident lifting heavy weights without hesitation or fear.

  • Address symptoms like leaking, pelvic pressure, or low back/hip pain.

  • Master proper form for essential strength exercises you can use forever.

  • Build consistency even when summer schedules get chaotic.

  • Gain knowledge to continue your strength journey.

  • Connect with a community of supportive and like-minded people who get it.

Are you ready to prioritize your strength?

With my guidance and this supportive community, you'll build strength faster and more sustainably than trying to figure it out alone. You'll have the structure and accountability to stay consistent, even when life gets busy.

You deserve to feel strong and confident in your body. You deserve a fitness experience that celebrates what you can do instead of focusing on what you should change. You deserve to show up for yourself free from guilt or judgment.
