This 6-week small group program is designed for people who want to build functional strength in a way that supports their core, pelvic floor health, and full body fitness.
We are creating a supportive community where your worth isn't measured by how you look in summer clothes. No before/after photos, no appearance pressure - just evidence-based training that helps you feel strong and capable in your own body without leaking or pain!
Dates: July 26 - Aug 21, 2025 (6 weeks)
Time: Thursdays, 6:30-7:20 pm
Location: GymSmithy (3721 S Alaska St, Columbia City, Seattle)
Equipment: mats, exercise bands, free weights.
Class Size: Maximum 8 participants (child optional)
Investment: $210 + tax
Weekly Sessions Include:
Functional strength exercises suitable for pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and women/females 35+ yrs.
Personalized form coaching and modifications for your unique body.
Evidence-based core and pelvic floor training.
Movement patterns that translate directly to daily life activities.
