Build Real Strength Without the Diet Culture BS

This 10-week small group program is designed for people who want to build functional strength in a way that supports their core, pelvic floor health, and full body fitness in pregnancy, postpartum or through the menopause transition (and beyond).

We are creating a supportive community where your worth isn't measured by how you look. No before/after photos, no appearance pressure - just evidence-based training that helps you feel strong and capable in your own body without leaking or pain!

  • Dates: Jan 13 - March 24 (10 weeks, no class 2/17)

  • Time: Thursday, 9:00-10:00 am

  • Location: 777 Strength + Conditioning (1115 S Elizabeth St, Georgetown, Seattle)

  • Equipment provided: free weights, exercise bands, barbells (bringing your own mat is recommended)

  • Class Size: Maximum 10 participants (child optional)

  • Investment: $350 + tax

Weekly Sessions Include:

  • Functional strength exercises suitable for pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and women/females 35+ yrs.

  • Personalized form coaching and modifications for your unique body.

  • Evidence-based core and pelvic floor training.

  • Movement patterns that translate directly to daily life activities.

*Refund and Attendance Policy: No refunds for missed classes. You can opt to join another group class as scheduling and space allow. Must have 4 participants to run the class series. Full cost will be reimbursed if under four people enroll.
