Drop-in Postpartum Strength + Recovery Class

Can’t make the whole 8 week series? Join us for a drop-in class and still get the benefits of moving your body in a safe environment designed for postpartum bodies.

What Makes This Class Different:

This series is specifically designed for postpartum bodies. You'll learn how to:

  • Reconnect to your core and pelvic floor using breath and movement techniques that support healing.

  • Build functional strength that makes parenting physically easier.

  • Address common postpartum challenges like diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, and c-section recovery.

  • Progress gradually over 8 weeks, creating sustainable strength that supports your everyday life.

  • Move alongside other moms/parents who understand exactly what you're experiencing.

Who This Is For

This class welcomes you exactly as you are—whether you're 4 weeks or several years postpartum, new to fitness or looking to return to activities you love. Together, we'll create a foundation that supports you through your entire parenting journey.

I've designed this series for anyone experiencing:

  • Disconnection from your body or core and pelvic floor

  • Postural changes from pregnancy and baby-carrying

  • Lingering pain or weakness in your hips, back, shoulders or pelvis

  • Uncertainty about how to safely return to movement

  • A desire to feel strong in your body again

  • Babies are both welcome and optional!

EQUIPMENT: Body weight, exercise mats, resistance bands, dumbbells and kettlebells (all provided).
