Join this ten-week series designed for pregnant, postpartum, people in perimenopause, 35+ years and beyond wanting to build full-body strength. Limited to 10 participants for personalized attention.
Includes:
Progressive full-body strengthening with an emphasis on returning to exercise and/or postpartum recovery.
Core and pelvic floor training for all life stages with an emphasis on hips and glutes and other postural changes from pregnancy.
All experience levels and life stages welcome.
Equipment provided: dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells (bring your own exercise mat if desired).
