A seven week introductory series that, runs from Oct 29 - Dec 20, 2024, helps you jumptstart your fitness routine and end 2024 feeling strong!
Seven or fourteen shared sessions for up to three people. Choose between meeting once or twice per week on Tuesdays at 12:30 or Thursdays at 12:00 (or propose a time).
Good for people with any level of strength training experience.
Receive an individual strength and mobility assessment plus a customized strength training plan.
Equipment used: body weight, resistance bands; light, medium, and heavy dumbbells and kettlebells.
