Join this eight-week series (Feb 3 - March 31, 2025) designed for postpartum recovery and full-body strength. Limited to 8 participants for personalized attention.

Includes:

  • Core and pelvic floor rehabilitation

  • Progressive full-body strengthening

  • All experience levels welcome

  • Equipment provided: dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands

  • Safe for 4+ weeks postpartum (C-section or vaginal birth)
